Dental & Vision Plans
We offer affordable Dental and Vision plans for all ages. Dental plans for covered care like cleanings, x-rays and fillings and Vision plans for cover eye exams, lenses and frames.
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent 7 organizations which offer about 95 different plan products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-Medicare, or your local state health insurance assistance program (SHIP) to get information on all your options.
